The locality where the cottage is located is at - 1 km from the village of Saint-Martin Sepert - 4 km from Saint-Ybard (grocery, bakery) - and 7 km from Lubersac (all shops, municipal swimming pool). The property is near the farm owners. It is also near a horse farm. The cottage has a private terrace at the front and rear with a private lawn area at the rear and a private outdoor parking.
