The home has beautiful woodwork with cathedral ceilings, a gorgeous eat-in kitchen, a coffee bar, TV, WiFi and lots of charm. Whether you're in town to visit family, a class reunion, graduation, or work, this airbnb will provide you with a comfortable and cozy space to unwind after a long day. It's a short drive to St. Bonaventure University campus. Just 10 minutes up the hill to Rock City Park. A quick jaunt (20 min.) to The Seneca Allegany Casino and just a little bit further to downtown Ellicottville (30 mins.) and all that Holiday Valley affords - skiing in the winter and Sky High Adventure Park in the summer. We are continually committed to providing our guests with a clean space during their stay. Upon your arrival you will be provided with a private code to access the keyless entry lock located at the back entrance of the house. Parking is available directly behind the house or on the street. I'm available by phone or text. We live 8 miles away and we can be there in 10 minutes if needed. This neighborhood is quiet yet within walking distanceto many restaurants and places of entertainment.
