Spacious apartment on the edge of the Forest

The spacious apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac right by the Palatinate Forest. At the end of the dead end, the premium hiking and mountain bike trails start just a few steps away. The apartment can currently be occupied by a maximum of 2 adults. It is located in our 2-family house on the top floor. It is absolutely quiet - you can relax and recharge. Currently you get: One bedroom (160x200cm bed, chair, chest of drawers, TV with Prime) Living room (U-couch, TV with Prime, cable TV) Dining room (dining table with 6 chairs) A beautiful and modern bathroom (shower, bathtub, 2 sinks) Guest bathroom (toilet and washbasin) Kitchen (oven, stove, dishwasher, 80L refrigerator, Senseo, kettle, bar with 2 stools) Front balcony (4 chairs with dining table) Rear balcony (2 chairs with a deep table) In the kitchen you will find cutlery and plates / cups / glasses for 6 people, as well as a small number of pots and pans. Dishwasher rods and detergent are provided. The bedrooms are at the back of the garden and look directly into the Palatinate Forest. If something is unclear, just write to me - I usually answer very quickly. We are happy to provide you with everything else - if available. Parking is possible directly at the house in the marked spots (accross the house and right beside the white wooden fence). A dead end street that touches the forrest with a lot of single family homes. Less traffice. We are happy to store your bicycles or motorbikes in our garage. You can get spices, coffee, tea and other food in our local supermarket with a bakery in town (Wasgau Markt). It is open from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. There is a petrol station in town, as well as a Greek and Italian restaurant. Arrival is also possible late, we will not hand over the key to you personally. Towels (large and small) as well as bed linen and dish towels are sufficiently available.
