Garden flat in a design villa

This is a garden flat in a design villa which was featured in many national and international magazines in early 2000s. It can accomodate up to six people. It is in a suburb, but there is easy public transportation to and from the city center (20 min). Close to the airport (10 min by taxi). It is great accomodation especially for families or business travelers. My family and I also live in the house and the flat is not "quite entirely soundproof" so you will be hearing my kids from the other flat. But they are quite well behaved. My family live in an another flat in the house. Nebušice is a quiet suburb neighborhood surrounded by woods: Šárka valley just three blocks away is a natural heritage site - great for running! A grocery store is real close the house as well. The nearest bus stop is about 2 min walk away (called K Noskovne). That bus will take you to a subway station in 7 min (Borislavka, the Green "A" line). So you can be in the very city center in 20 min. Free parking on the street (no residential parking zone). There is a dog and a cat in the house. Guests are welcome to enjoy the garden (with a trampoline on it!) which is bliss in hot summer and whenever the weather lets you. There beautiful woods very close by - the best place for jogging or walking.
