Lovely bedroom in renovated villa in the countryside of Havdrup ( ground floor), with 2 single beds. Only 30 minutes drive by car from Copenhagen. Railway and grocery store within 2 minutes walk. Private courtyard/lawn and parking area. Kitchen, bathroom, dining room and TV room, are for common use with other guests, as the house consists of 7 bedrooms, and gives the possibility for housing larger groups. If necessary a baby travle bed can be supplied upon request. Fully equipped Kitchen with free coffee/tea. Bathroom with ironing board, washingmaschine/tumbledryer, hairdryer. Dining room. The courtyard is equipped with lounge furniture to make it comfortable for our guest on sunny days. As a host you can call me anytime of the day if you have any questions or experience any problems. However the house is for rental use only, why I will not be present at the address. Exchange of keys is after agreement. Grocery store, pizzaria, Gasstation just 2 minutes walk from the house. Close to beach and forrest. 15 min to Køge/Roskilde. 5 min to the highway. Railway and busstation 2 minutes walk from the house.
