The House is a brick built semi with rooms on three floors. The Ground floor has one Double/Single occupancy room with lounge area, TV and fridge. The Second floor has three Double rooms, one is ensuite with TV and fridge and a Single room. Also a shared Shower room /WC. The Third floor has a Family room with a Double bed, two singles and a cot if required. There is parking for three cars. Use of Kitchen, Dining room and Patio. Free Tea/Coffee available. Depending upon the make up of your party rooms will be provided to suite your requirements. All rooms are well furnished and comfortable. Guests also have access to the Kitchen, Dining room, Patio and Garden. Public Transport is excellent, Buses trains and a good local Taxi service. I, Andrew your host live on the premises and are available most of the time. Otley is a small Historic Market town with a population of around 16,000 situated in the beautiful Wharfedale valley. The immediate neighbourhood is suburban in style on the outskirts of the town. There is parking for three cars at the property. There is an excellent road network, public transport, bus and rail and many private taxi hire companies available. The area is of exceptional natural beauty providing excellent Walking/Cycling and Motoring trips and excursions.
