This single room is in a family home. It is 5 minutes walk from two railway stations and 10 minutes walk from the town centre. There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and pubs; a cinema/theatre and sports centre. Quiet location with off-road parking. WiFi. A great place if you need to be in Dorking for work, leisure or an event. We are close to cycling and walking routes in the Surrey Hills. Your single room is private and upstairs. There is a separate bathroom and toilet upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The kitchen is out of bounds since Covid restrictions and to keep socialy distanced from the family. Guests have access to the bathroom. All other areas are out of bounds including the kitchen. On arrival. And anytime I am needed and at checkout. It is quiet and private. A nice private road, at the end of a cul-de-sac. There is off road parking for 3 cars. There are two stations 5 minutes walk away: direct trains to London Victoria and London Waterloo (50 minutes), and Gatwick Airport. Also buses. And a taxi rank. Bikes can be hired for £5 per day. I can store your own bike in my garage. We are very close to walking and cycling routes for the Surrey Hills and the North Downs Way.
