Spectacular luxury villa with swimming pool, WI-FI

Modern house, with lots of space (450m2) and plenty of natural light. The house is located 23km from the center of Porto with access by highway. It has 4 bedrooms! 1st with double bed XL and wc, 2nd with 2 + 2 single beds and wc, 3rd with double bed, 4th with double bed. All bedrooms and living room have air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to feel at home! Dishwasher and clothes are available. The house is prepared to receive children: Cot for babies, cot for children up to 5 years old, baby chair, kettle and crockery. We also provide, without costs, stroller. The outdoor area has a swimming pool with 9m x 5m, grassed area with 2 umbrellas and 6 sun loungers. There is a table in the garden for dining. You can prepare your meals in the large Barbecue. The surrounding area is very quiet and the views over the mountains are fantastic! 3 km from the house you can find supermarkets, good restaurants, banks and university. All the conditions are met for a fantastic vacation!
