Hi there! Welcome in our brandnew (built in 2017) spacious home, with city garden and free parking space. The house is perfect for a family citytrip or a weekend with couples. The house is 3 stories high, counts 4 big bedrooms and has a living surface of 140 m2. It has all the modern comfort you need; downstairs there is floorheating, TV, WiFi and a big kitchen. The house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood. The city centre is a 15 minute walk away, the supermarket only 2 minutes. The house sits in the middle of a quiet neighbourhood but is really close to the city centre. We love Groningen, it has al the facilities a city needs, but its not to crowded. We live here with our family, thats the two of us en 2 young kids. If we go away for a weekend or a longer holiday we rent out the place. The house is 3 stories high, has 4 bedrooms and a living and kitchen (50m2). We love the place en so will you😍 The house is situated in The Oosterpark. The neighbourhood is quite old with houses in the Amsterdam school style. Our house was build on the place were the Groningen soccer stadium used to be, a holy place for people from Groningen. It's quiet with lots of childern, they can play around the house, there are hardly any cars, so its really safe. Busstops are 1 or 2 minutes walking away. We have one parking lot, you can park an other car 100 meters away for free.
