What I value most is the tranquility, the calmness of enjoying a drink in the garden just next to the sea. It is easy to get around, although there is a bus stop for a bus that takes you to Athens in 300m from the villa, I would highly recommend a car. There is ample of space for parking and access from the airport is rather easy. There are two ways, one from the flying bridge through Chalkida 110 km, and the other by the ferry from Oropos to Eretria 50 km drive. There is also Airport bus shuttle service directly from Athens International airport to Eretria. The villa is extremely convenient for families, especially with young children.
