Available is a double bedroom, neutrally decorated and fully furnished with drawers, wardrobe, double bed and curtains. You will have access to a shared bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities. Property is situated close to the A19 North and Southbound, local shops (Aldi, Spar). Close by is the Silverlink Retail Park, Cobalt Business Park and the Royal Quays Shopping Outlet. The house is close to a Metro Station for parking free travel to Newcastle City Centre, about 15mins away. Close to A19 links North and South Close to AIS training facility Close to Maerske training facility Close to Howdon Metro Station for links to City Centre Guests can use the facilities within the kitchen, dining room and laundry room. Please familiarise yourself with house rules Always available if needed This house is conveniently located near Howdon metro station for access to Newcastle City Centre (20mins), close to Silverlink retail park and the A19 North and South Bound. Tyne Tunnel is about £1.60 each way. The house is situated close to the A19 for access North and South bound. There is a local Metro Station 5mins walk from the house, with access to City Centre or the seaside. General Rules: I have to put in place these following rules: Please put your mobile phones on night time mode or silent between 11.30pm and 7.30am, and do not have late night phone calls. No smoking or vaping is allowed within the property. You may smoke or vape in the back garden as long as you appropriately dispose of the filter afterward. Bathroom: The bathroom is shared and it has the only toilet in the house, please be considerate and don’t spend any time more than necessary in the bathroom, anytime longer than 30mins is excessive and other guests may also want to use facilities. My bedroom located right next door to the bathroom. Therefore I’d appreciate that all bathing and showering is done well before 11pm, as I work full time. Make sure the shower curtain is kept on the inside of the bath to prevent flooding. The bathroom is not a sauna or a wet room, therefore the bathroom needs to be ventilated during showering to prevent condensation. Please clean up after yourself in the bathroom. This includes body hair in the sink, bath and floor. Kitchen Area: Refrain from cooking in the kitchen after 11pm at night. Again my room is above it, and I hear everything. Please don’t cook anything which leaves an offensive odour, such as fish or any sea foods. Please make sure all food that is cooked in the microwave is covered. There is cling film available in the middle drawer in the kitchen. Do not leave the kitchen or the house unattended while you have food cooking. Other rules: Do not remove pictures from walls Do not slam the doors Be mindful of other guests and their privacy No excessive drinking allowed under any circumstances. No unauthorised additional guests outside of the booking without prior notice and approval.
