Great family home on the beach.

A large family house on the seafront. Great for family reunions especially 3 generation get-togethers. Can accommodate all ages with inside and outside dining. Short drive to Eastbourne and Sovereign harbour with many shops, pubs and restaurants. Minimum 2 nights stay, prices will vary for school holidays and seasons. We cannot accommodate dogs at the house as there is too much wear and tear both in the house and the garden. We prefer our bookings to be weekends and running from Fridays. Silverbeach is a big house right on the beach. Perfect for large family gatherings. It has a fully equipped kitchen and covered outside dining area, with gas bbq, ideal for summer evenings. Lovely local walks on the beach and country side direct from the house. Short drive to big supermarket, Sovereign Harbour and Eastbourne. We prefer no dogs unfortunately because of the historic wear and tear on the house and garden but one small one may be acceptable if pre- -arranged. All of the house - all areas offering space and facilities for all the family. Own front garden area -plenty of parking space on the private road in front of the house as well as the nearby side streets. Large rear garden as well. I am available through air b and b. -e.mails-txt messaging or phone. Plenty to do in Pevensey Bay and surrounding areas - Many local coastal and country walks plus the famous downs. Good rainy day cinemas and shops to visits as well as a large wave public swimmimg pool in Eastbourne. Good restaurants and pubs - great indian restaurants to fish and chips available. Many trains coming into to Eastbourne ( especially from London) and fast trains coming into Polegate which is 15 minutes drive away. Plenty of car parking spaces in front of the house. Local taxi hire also available. We provide a bath towel on each bed but don't forget to bring your own beach towels! We have to take re-cycling very seriously with our local council so please help us with this issue. We have a re-cycling bin as well as a separate bin for bottles and this effort is much appreciated. Unfortunately we cannot accept booking with dogs as there is too much wear and tear on the house especially the garden.
