You will find 3 large bright and fresh 35 m² bedrooms, all on the ground floor, and each with its own independent entrance via bay window onto the terrace, view of the garden and the swimming pool, quality bedding, full bathroom, TV in each room, high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, crockery and kitchen utensils for 6 people, toaster, Nespresso machine and coffee maker, microwave, a lounge area with two comfortable sofas, and a laundry room with dryer. Outside 2 large tables, one shaded under the awning and the other in the garden for your dinners under the stars, and a Weber barbecue. Armchairs in front of the rooms, and lounge chairs by the pool in the shade of century-old trees for reading and taking a nap. The swimming pool is active oxygen (non-allergic), 12 m x 4 m with electric safety cover. The maintenance of the pool and outdoor areas is carried out by the owner. The property is at the exclusive disposal of the tenant and the owner who reside in all discretion in the other part of the house. Cleaning and a complete change of linen is done on Saturday morning for stays of two weeks or more. (Anti-Covid cleaning protocol, with wearing a mask, gloves, and virucidal products.) Household linen is of course provided. Several hiking trails leave directly from the house, and a few minutes away you will find tennis, canoeing, golf, and the historical and cultural sites of the Tarn very close.
