Modern en-suite room .

Modern ,en-suite bedroom on the outskirts of Lincoln city. In a quiet residential area , two minute walk to bus stop where buses run into city centre ( every 10 minutes) , journey time is 10 minutes. Off road parking in front of the house. 10 minute car journey to RAF Waddington. we also have a further room ( listed as modern double room) should this room be booked or you require 2 rooms for the same dates. Tea / coffee/ kettle / fridge in the room . Continental breakfast available ,can be taken in room or at the family table in the kitchen with us . We are always available to answer any queries you may have. Quiet area but only 10 minutes to local shops /pubs / eating areas / coffee shop. Lincoln is easy to drive ( or bus) into and boasts loads of heritage sites including our lovely cathedral and castle . We are now taking bookings again for our Airbnb rooms. We have put things in place to safeguard both yourself and us . There will be minimal personal contact during your visit , but of course we are always available. We have hand sanitiser available for all to use . Each room has its own dedicated shower room / toilet available and the rooms are deep cleaned and sanitised between bookings. We supply breakfast in a box which can be eaten in your rooms ,or weather permitting ,you can use our new garden room for breakfast.
