Lovely apartment in the hills overlooking the sea (1 km and a half from the sea)

The apartment is located on a hill just over 1 km from the wonderful sea of Roseto degli Abruzzi. It is very spacious and comfortable. It consists of a double bedroom, a large living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed, which can therefore also be used as a double bed; finally the bathroom (with shower, sink and toilet)  There is also the external balcony from which you can admire our beautiful sea, also this year awarded with the important recognition of the Blue Flag, and the medieval village of Montepagano. The apartment also has an outdoor parking space, inside the enclosure that surrounds the entire house. The apartment also has mosquito nets on the windows and ceiling fans. NOTES FOR RATES Rates vary based on the time of year. They already include water, electricity and gas costs. Bed and bath linens are also provided. MANDATORY EXPENSE: Expenditure for final cleaning: 35 euros. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 100 euros. OPTIONAL EXPENSES: beach service for those who wish, it is possible to reserve the umbrella plus two sunbeds in the central row, the cost is 10 euros per day in June, July and September; 13 euros per day in August.
