Sugar House-COVID CLEAN

We invite you to relax in our spacious and comfortable guesthouse. 75 miles to West Yellowstone and Jackson Hole Wy, and 5 miles to the Rexburg LDS temple. The Sugar House would be perfect for a large family, girl's get away, out of town tourists, BYU-Idaho families or wedding guests. Sugar House is a 3 bedroom, 2000 sq ft home. When you enter the front door you will see the living room a gas fireplace. Just beyond the living room is the large kitchen. There is a separate great room with a vaulted ceiling. This is where you can enjoy entertaining large groups, playing family games or watching movies on Netflix. Just off the great room is a "walk-in closet room" with a single bed high off the ground and a foam mattress underneath....perfect for teens or younger children. Guests have access to entire home and yard. For the most part I will not interact very much with the guests. However, I live close by and will be available if needed. This is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The Sugar House is centrally located in town. It is one block from the park, churches, and two blocks from the high school and elementary school. There is no public transportation. There is parking in the driveway.
