The location is situated in a very calm area with plein nature around, but as well shortly connected with munich Airport (15 min), the town Erding and the biggest hot springs Resort "Therme Erding" (4 km) and also to all major Highways leading to Munich (40 min) or the Alpes (90 min). The public buses can be reached within a 5 min walk. The house is built under biological aspects, energetically balanced, and top quality interior materials. The whole property has a beautiful garden with 2600m², and a river to swim in the backyard. A huge conservatory is common room. The souterrain-area with alltogether 90 m² is reserved only for guests. As a life-coach I love people in general, i like to learn more about foreign cultures, and I look forward to inspiring conversations, but wish to let you the freedom and privacy you want. The house has an exquisite wine- and beercellar. Our house is situated at the edge of of the village in plein nature in a privileged area. A restaurant with high standard food is nearby. It takes a 5min walk to the public busstation. If you wish to book for 2 persons - price is 90 € per night - require a separate Hosts offer. I also offer breakfast, which is all biologal grown Food and mostly directly from the farmers in our Region. It is 8€ per person and day.
