Newly renovated camp on large lake near Acadia. The sounds of lapping water, singing frogs, and calling loons under panoramic starlit skies. Far enough from the crowds yet close enough to enjoy a visit to Bar Harbor, Northeast or Southwest Harbors, Blue Hill, Castine and other Downeast towns. Perfectly suited for one couple. All appliances are new including AC and heat if needed. Enjoy fishing and kayaking on the lake. Don’t miss picking summertime blueberries, making friends with the 🐿 chipmunks, shopping at Farmers Markets & Quaint trendy village shops, browsing through Old General Stores and attending Blue Hill & Common Ground Fairs in the fall. One of our favorite traditions is dining on PopOvers at scenic Jordan Pond House or Asticou Inn when spending the day in Beautiful Bar Harbor⛵️& Thuya Gardens where you’ll see all the native flowers, trees & shrubs while catching glimpses of very busy Hummingbirds. There are hiking trails in the Park with views that will take your breath away. Maine is a photographers dream with a photo op around every corner. We love Maine because there is never a lack for something to do. We have two kayaks available to use at the cabin.
