Great villa in Stockholm

Our home is bright and modern and is in a nice villa area. The house has many bedrooms and nice social areas. The garden is beautiful with nature and very private. Lots of light and a nice view over the neighborhood. It is only 5 kilometers to Stockholm very city-center. Train-stop (tram) within 2 minutes walking from the house. Lovely and stylish home, great for family, indoors and outside. Downstairs: 3 bedrooms with a single bed in each. Bathroom. Separate wc. Laundry room. Tv-room with bedsofa, playstation, and some musicinstruments. Upstairs you find the modern kitchen with all you need, dining room with large table, living room. Master bedroom with bathroom. 1 children bedroom. From the inside dining area you can also enter the outside deck with lounge sofa and huge deck. we have both gas-grill and regular grill for outside summer cooking. Our garden is nice and high located. Private, green and beautiful natural garden to rest and kick back after a day in Stockholm, Lidingö or in the archipelago. Summertime we have a trampoline in the garden for the kids and a small temporary childrens pool. In the house you will also find toys, games, playstation, wii, tons of movies, wifi, so you will be all set if you travel as a family. Our kids are 6, 13, 14, and 16 years old so we cover a wide range of interests. :-) Villa area, 2 min to train to Stockholm. Great location. Grocery store 2 min. Easy living with excellent communications to city-centre in Stockholm from early morning to late nights. Trains to Stockholm city just 2 min walking from our house. You do NOT need a car to get in to the city. If you want to explore island of Lidingö, beaches and so on, and also the surroundings outside of Stockholm you could want a car. The outdoor life at Lidingö is great! Best in Stockholm! Nature, Ocean, Lakes, Forest, just something extra! Nice neighboors. :-) We have a new guesthouse that is rented out on longterm. No insight from the two houses.
