There maybe odd occasions like the flower show, where it is difficult to park. It has a couple of lower than standard door frames and slightly steeper than normal stairs. For smaller guests we have a high chair, travel cot with an additional soft mattress, changing mat, a potty, a stair gate at top of stairs (but children still need to be watched), we have plastic crockery and children’s cutlery. Dogs should stay downstairs and please bring covers for furniture if required. Additional small payment for cleaning for the dog. It is not suitable/allowed to charge Electric vehicles due to the cottage proximity to the road. There are charging points at the Nelson in Burnham Thorpe and the Hoste in the village and Tesla points at the White Horse on the way to Brancaster and the White House, Sussex farm - hopefully, some more in the village soon. It is a quiet road with very little overnight noise. Hired hot tubs are also not suitable/allowed as there are no outside water or electricity points and due to the shared access across the back door.
