Υπάρχει πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ψυγείο, πλυντήριο ρούχων και άλλες μικροσυσκευές. Η θέρμανση καλύπτεται με καλοριφέρ, κ για τις ζεστες μέρες του καλοκαιριου λογο της πέτρας που εχει κατασκευστεί δεν εχει αναγκη για aircondition. Η αυλή είναι πολύ μεγάλη γεμάτη δέντρα όπως Κερασιές ,Μηλιές ,Αχλαδιές, απ τις οποίες ανάλογα με την εποχή έχετε το ελεύθερο να γευτείτε του καρπούς απευθείας από το δέντρο. Επίσης διαθέτουμε χώρο με πλάκες Πηλίου και μπάρμπεκιου για να απολαμβάνετε την θέα του κήπου ψήνοντας.
