This is a very large cottage style house including 4 large bedrooms, a comprehensive open plan kitchen/ dining space, a cozy tv room, a laundry room and a large patio area complete with gas barbecue in the Summer months. The house is 500 years old and boasts a newly renovated interior fitted with modern comforts and picturesque thatched roof. The garden size is extensive, and is set in a quiet location with very few passing cars or light pollution. The house has an expansive and lovingly furnished open plan kitchen and dining area to comfortably seat all 9 people round the table, with double oven and central marble island. The kitchen is also fitted with Sonos speakers featuring easy air play from your smartphone. All bedrooms are spacious; please see our photos, but the master bedroom is something truly special, a massive space with extensive interior decor and a pair of balconets overlooking the rear garden and patio. The kitchen, TV room and 3/4 bedrooms have either smart TVs or flatscreens with Amazon fire sticks for Netflix, iPlayer and YouTube functionality. The annex at the rear of the house is not included in this listing, however this space will be vacant during your stay, the property will be yours to enjoy in privacy. Finally, there is a very large driveway that can fit 9 cars comfortably. Apart from the back section of the house, which is separated from the front of the house by a locked door, guests have access to the whole space, in private. Set in a rural location, a car is essential to get around, however there are beautiful walks as soon as you leave the front door, including a public footpath on the side of the property.
