2 Room Studio in a Beautiful Granite Cottage

The studio has its own entrance within the main house and consists of a bedroom with double bed / en suite facilities and a lounge and a hallway with information desk. The lounge can be used as a 2nd bedroom as it has a sofa bed. As a lounge its a place that gives you your own space for relaxation. The granite cottage itself is beautiful with 3 enchanting cottage gardens one of which is dedicated to guests. Complimentary tea/coffee/toast with butter and jam included. Regretfully no parking. It is a quite place for relaxation after a long day out. The granite cottage itself is beautiful as is the gardens, one of which is for the guests to use. What makes it unique is that the ‘Studio’ although inside the cottage itself has its own entrance, you are then in your own space with privicy. The lounge has a small fridge, a television and of course wifi. Plates cutlery and everything you might need, plus you only have to ask if anything else is required. My guests are more than welcome to spend time in the gardens, I am a keen gardener the front garden has pretty boarders full of flowers and water features, the side garden has vegetable plots, garden cabin and garden shed everything you would expect in a cottage garden. At the back there are steps that lead up to a top garden which has a cosy excluded area for peace and tranquillity and this area has been created for guests. There is complimentary tea and coffee facilities in the lounge area and happy to supply toast in the morning if required :) there is a fridge in the room to keep food/drink. The area where we live is called Les Grande Vaux as it is situated not far from a reservoir. It is on the outskirts of town. It is quiet but populated area with near by shops, and close access to the countryside. We have a bus service that can take you into the town bus terminal where you can then catch any bus to any location in the Island, however the buses from the cottage a rather infrequent so don't expect them every 20 minutes. To be honest its an easy walk into as is only about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town. A bit more to the main bus terminal. This studio would suit either a couple, or two people using each room sharing the on suite bathroom. I have one friendly cat :) No smokers please. For security photo ID is to be provided after booking. No Parking, although there are some areas to park near by.
