Bradford City Centre Cosy Double

This is a large double in the heart of the city centre, about 5 mins walk from Bradford interchange, City park, Bradford university, Broadway Shopping centre & a couple of mins from Alhambra theatre, National Media museum and lovely eateries. This cosy room has bay windows making it very bright & airy.. There is unlimited wifi included. There is also a kitchen bathroom and shower room. There is a large communal kitchen but there is no living room at the moment. This will hopefully be sorted soon. All the rooms and the shared bathroom is on the second floor. There is also a shower room which has recently been renovated located on the top floor. WiFi is available in all rooms and there is on street parking available but only after 6pm. Before that is is 2hrs no return. I now have a permit where i can add one car on at a time so it is on a first come first serve basis. It is a relatively quite house, basic but comfortable. I will not be staying at this property but I am only a couple of mins away if you need anything and also if you need to know of things to do places to go I am sure I can recommend a few things :-) It’s in the heart of the city centre so whether it’s shops or pubs or the theatre you are looking for it is all a stone throws away. You can also get around via bus as very close to interchange where buses and trains are (5 mins walk). I can be flexible with check in but you will need to tell me in advance if it’s a later check in. Check in after 10pm will incur a late check in fee of £20 if not agreed in advance. Guests need to clean up after themselves and keep all communal areas tidy and keep doors locked at all times. ** Also please do not message me asking if you can come for a viewing before even making a booking. I am unable fo fulfil this sort of request due to the fact that it goes against Airbnb policy guidelines (addresses and contact information get blocked straight away by Airbnb because of security purposes) & if other guests are at the time, residing in the property you would not be able to see the room/s that you are wanting to book as it may be occupied.
