A cosy family home with a cottage feel, suitable for couples, small families & business travellers. Located in Binton, a quiet village with great access to the attractions of Stratford-Upon-Avon, Warwick & the Cotswolds. The bedroom offers a luxurious double bed while the lounge offers a 55-inch television & a toasty log-burner. On warmer days a garden with views over local farmland offers an ideal spot for a BBQ. Pets are welcome to join their humans! Dedicated parking space and good WiFi . Guests have access to the lounge, kitchen-diner, family bathroom and double bedroom This is my second home however you will be given full access to the property and garden, with the exception of the master bedroom. This is my second home. I am available throughout the stay via mobile but I will give you space to make yourselves at home. The house is in a small village just outside Stratford-upon-Avon. The village is surrounded by open farmland, the house has pleasant views over nearby fields. The local pub is just outside the village with other pubs a short drive away Parking is directly outside the house, due to the rural location public transport is fairly rare!
