Your 2nd Home- Room #1 - Private Bedroom

This is a charming private bedroom equipped with a full bed. We can add a folding bed to accommodate 3 people ( Note: our listed price is only for 1 person. There is an additional charge for each additional person). It has shared bathroom, free parking, wifi and TV for Netflix. The room also contains other appliances such as refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker, iron and ironing board. We allow our guests to use our living room, dining room and kitchen for light cooking. Guests can access the living room, kitchen, dining room and backyard. We respect the privacy of our guests. Our contact will be to the minimum but if guest need us, we are available anytime. Our place is in the main road and we are within a school neighborhood. We are near bus stops. We are walking distance in commercial areas. We have Mcdonalds ,Panda Express and other fastfoods on a short walk. There are also supermarkets and drugstore closeby. Our pricing is only for one person. There is an added charge after 1 person. Guest must submit ID/License before check in. Please keep noise level down. No shoes inside the house. No smoking No drugs No parties No loud noise or music Please wear clothes or bath robe when going to shared areas like bathrooms, hallways, kitchen, living rooms, dining room. Some guests are minors and opposite sex. No commercial filming or recording.
