Recently and stylishly converted, the property offers all the comforts of home inside, and outside a private terrace, deck and furniture. Guests are encouraged to use all the gardens and grounds as if they were their own! The accommodation features : Open-plan living/dining room/kitchen, limed oak floor. Double bedroom, skylight and feature limestone floor, en-suite bathroom with shower attachment, toilet. Single bedroom, skylight and limestone floor, en-suite shower room, toilet. All services — electricity, radiators, bed linen, towels — are included. Facilities available: satellite TV; DVD; microwave; washing machine; dishwasher. NB: Unfenced lake, sloping banks in grounds. Off road parking. Regret no babies or children under 16 yrs for reasons of insurance due to unfenced lake. The cottage is not suitable for pets. We request that guests do not smoke on the site. Please note reception for mobiles is patchy for some networks, but our landline is freely available for urgent messages at any time of the day or night. The Boathouse is not connected to the internet, so you are guaranteed a peaceful stay!
