Yorkshire Dales a stones throw away....

A walkers and cyclists paradise. We are close to ; - Bolton Abbey - The Yorkshire Dales - Ilkley and the Cow and Calf - Addingham - Skipton Market - Skipton Castle Woods - Malham Cove - Embsay Reservoir - Grassington - Appletreewick Self contained accommodation accessed via steps. Guests will have a key to the accommodation. Free wifi access is available. A double basement room which has a separate entrance with a private shower room, accessed via a staircase, with sink and toilet. Because of the stairs the accommodation may not be suitable for people with mobility issues. There is central heating with a radiator in the room. There is a TV, kettle, toaster, hair dryer and iron with tea and coffee making facilities . Bread, marmalade/jam, milk, cereal, biscuits, tea and coffee etc are provided for our guests. We also provide a mini fridge and micro wave for exclusive use of our guests. A cooked breakfast can be made on request for £7.50 extra per person. Guests can use other facilities in the house, i.e. dining table, bath etc. We are close to a local pub called The White Lion at Kildwick which is a short walk along the Leeds / Liverpool canal. The pub serves fabulous food at lunch time and evenings. There is a fabulous walk on our doorstep with breathtaking views towards Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Skipton is a bustling market town with many local shops, bars and cafes with vegan and vegetarian options. There are also take away places who offer free delivery to our address. We are 1 mile from the nearest railway station at Cononley. Historical Saltaire is a 20 mile drive away or can be accessed by train. A well behaved dog is welcome, we charge an extra £2 per night. We have a very friendly dog who does not have access to the guests separate accommodation.
