Charming traditional stone house 120sqm with independent guest house and amazing sea view of Otzias Bay surrounded by a beautiful garden 1000 sqm of Mediterranean greenery. Fully equipped and within 5 minutes from the beach. Ideal for friends and families who wish to relax and enjoy the true Greek cycladic island feeling and aura. The house is located in the middle of a picturesque settlement built on a hill and bordered by trees and flowers with many beautiful narrow paths in the nature. It is a stone built "home away from home" and consists of two independent buildings, the main house and the guest house. The main house can accommodate up to 4 people in the two bedrooms – one with double bed and the other with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room with traditional style and architecture combining the white color with the stone and the blue of the sea. Enjoy your coffee or meal in one of the two beautiful terraces either with breathtaking seaview in the front terrace or protected from the summer winds in the backyard, both able to host up to 8 persons . The guest house is just next to the main building (at a lower level) and includes one main bedroom with double bed, an equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. In the living room there are two sofa beds than can be used as beds. It has separate entrance so it offers absolute independence and privacy to the guests. Feel close to the nature and relax in the beautiful garden of almost 1.000sqm full of local plants and flowers while you are just a walk away from the blue waters of the Aegean. One orivate parking place is available in the entrance of the house. The house is accessibly only by stairs from the parking until the entrance of the house. We will be more than glad to welcome you and provide you with useful information such as the island’s hot spots and ‘secret paradises’. If you wish, we can provide you with printed maps, routes and recommendations for your daily program on the island. Remote beaches, trekking paths, hidden archaeological sights, gastronomy activities, snorkeling, all these feature in our "handmade" guide of Kea, based on our experience and love of the island. If you are lucky enough, you will have the opportunity to taste small greek delights prepared by my mom - an expert in the traditional greek cuisine. We will try to make you feel at home as we truly believe that Greek hospitality is of key importance!! The priviliged location is one of the advantages of the house. Only 5 minutes walking from Otzias beach, one of the biggest and most beautiful sandy beaches. You can enjoy almost one kilometer of sand and clean waters, either you prefer the organized part with umbrellas, sunbeds or the most “private” and quiet part. Very friendly for children for its relatively shallow waters. Next to the beach you may also enjoy a greek traditional lunch or snack at the nearby tavern. Otzias is located 5km from the Korissia, the port and 5 minutes (less than 3km) by car from Vourkari, the heart of the island full of restaurants, bars and beautiful cafés. Distance can be covered on foot for the lovers of hiking – a pleasant afternoon walk by the nature of only 15 minutes is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the summer breeze. Also, within 15-20 minutes from Ioulida, the capital of Kea. The house is also accessible by public bus, the stop is just 10’ walking and the public pub can take you either to Gialiskari beach, the port or the capital.
