No street lamps in the area . Look out for the rare and protected Monk seal s , Dolphins and other protected birdlife. Close to some of the marked walking trails on the island. The first underwater museum can be dived on if you are a certified scuba diver , courses are available on the island at one of the 3 diving schools . No Public transport close by . Buses from the main port to the popular beaches daily . Town bus service to the old town and Steni Vala from the port of Patitiri . The wifi on Island can be un predictable , now the service has been up graded , great for general emails , music, social media . Downloading can be slow . Please note if the internet goes down in the area we do not have resident technicians on the island and faults can be localized and may take several days to wait . Fault s are recorded then we are in a queue system to fixed . This is out of our control , so patience is needed .
