Private loft - quiet and quaint

If you have business (professional or personal) in the North of the Netherlands, this newly renovated, quiet loft in Zuidhorn is the perfect location for you. Zuidhorn is just a ten minute train ride from the bustling city of Groningen, or a twenty minute drive if you're travelling by car (free parking included). The loft includes two large rooms: a small kitchen with a cozy area to relax and a large bedroom. Private terrace out back. Enjoy! Quite frankly, an ideal place to stay for anybody. The loft includes two large spaces. One contains a double bed, crib, (if you like), desk, etc. The other room contains a small kitchen and sitting area. The couch in the sitting area can be pulled out to provide an extra sleeping place - perfect for a child. The private bathroom is on the floor below. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, tea, sugar and milk, oil, salt and pepper. If you plan on cooking full meals while visiting, there are grocery stores nearby for all your other needs. There are also plenty of restaurants here in the village, and.... of course, the hip city of Groningen, only twenty minutes away, is teeming with great places to eat. Finally, as Groningen is a university city, there are plenty of cultural events, concerts, and festivals going on year round. This homey loft offers you full privacy during your stay. It includes a large bedroom, a small kitchen and lounging area, and a private bathroom. We keep the backyard to ourselves, but you're free to enjoy the front yard. Zuidhorn is a peaceful, green village (with plenty of shops and restaurants) only a 20 minute drive from the bustling university city of Groningen. So, you have the best of both worlds here - tranquility at night and city life during the day. So, whatever your needs are – whether you are visiting for business, a conference, or cycling in the area, this is the perfect place for your visit. Rob and I are a super friendly “two-culture” couple with plenty of space in our house. Rob is Dutch, and I am Canadian. so we are very inter-culturally sensitive. We enjoy meeting people, but we also understand and respect your desire for privacy. Both Rob and I work most weekdays, so, you will have full privacy during the days, but we are always available via email or (Hidden by Airbnb) for questions. Rob, a native of the area, is always happy to give travel and tourism advice! Zuidhorn is a peaceful, very green village. There are plenty of green spaces, walking and biking trails, but also many shops and restaurants. It really is worth visiting just for its own beauty, but it also serves as the perfect sleeping city if you need to be in Groningen for a few days, or if you are cycling in the area. Zuidhorn is a quaint village with clean paved bike paths and plenty of green spaces - it's a place to breathe! But, if Groningen is your destination, this is also the place to be, as the city is only a ten minute train ride away, and a twenty minute drive if you're travelling with car. There is plenty of free parking near our home. So, whatever your needs are – whether you are a tourist, visiting for a conference, or just cycling in the area, this is the perfect place to stay!
