This newly renovated well equipped gîte with wheelchair access offers all the luxuries of a new property with the character and rustic charm of a conversion. Wifi, free sat TV, DVD and music system are available and there's a lovely private garden and hot tub, all perfect to relax and enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful part of Normandy. Easy travel distance of Mont St Michel. Ferry and airports within 1h 30 mins. Gîte Mousandiére is the perfect place to relax and unwind yet it only a short distance (2.5km) to the nearest village with shop, bar and restaurant or 10 mins to the busy town of Gorron with its supermarkets, bars , restaurants and weekly market. With so many historic and tourist close by , Mont St Michel, St Malo, the D-Day beaches and museums, Chateaux Fougéres, Mayenne and Lassay, and Le Mans with its famous 24hr race to name a few are all within driving distance for a great day out, there's something for everyone. This lovely rural retreat is fantastic for all outdoor activities including walking, swimming and water sports, horse riding, tennis, and cycling on the wonderful quiet roads or the "voies vertes" Secure bike storage is available on site for those wanting to bring their own bikes or bike rental on vintage bikes can be arranged for those wanting to explore the area "À velo" we will be available to meet and great the gîte can accommodate 6 people only, we do not accept tents in the garden or air beds in the lounge. We welcome children of all ages. The sleeping arrangements are in beds only, cots are not provided.
