Main level has two bedrooms and one bathroom with tub shower combo. Both bedrooms on the main floor have queen sized beds. Twin mattresses for the floor are available upon request. Several window air conditioning units installed during the summer months as well as ceiling fans in every bedroom. The home stays cool and shaded by large trees. There is a digital nest thermostat on each level for custom heat settings. We have a washer and dryer available for stays 4 days and longer, or access can be given for an additional fee. Driveway is large enough to accommodate at least 3 vehicles or 2 vehicles and a boat trailer. A great way to enjoy Lake Minnetonka in the busy summer months is to launch your boat at Grays Bay and then park your boat trailer in the driveway and enjoy a 5 minute walk back to the dock!
