We have a very neat stand alone flatlet for two guests. There is a queen sized bed, very neat furniture, toilet with separate shower and bath, kitchenette with gas/electricity stove and fridge, 3 seater couch with coffee table, WiFi, Netflix, dstv and security alarm. It is situated in a safe neighbourhood. There is also a comfortable space for working on a laptop. A super clean home away from home that is roomy and neatly furnished. There is back up for electricity outage. Borehole water is available. There is a big well kept garden that you can use at your pleasure. I am personally not around to socialise with my guests but there is a lovely team to make them feel welcome. The guests have their own space but can get help as needed Quiet neighbourhood that is at easy reach to major amenities like shops, hotel, service stations and the city centre. Hillside Dams Conservancy is 3.7km away, City centre is 7.9km and there are shops around to buy your needs as well as places to eat including ordering food for delivery A fan is available for those hot days
