Luxury two bedroom, two bathroom family lodge! Located between Mablethorpe & Trusthorpe, on the first row of lodges by the seafront. A one minute walk up the steps, lands you right on a dog friendly beach! The lodge includes: Open plan kitchen-living-diner with a floor to ceiling bay window. Master bedroom- King bed + en-suite toilet/ basin. Bedroom 2- Two moveable single beds. House bathroom- Sink, toilet & shower. Double sofa bed available in lounge. Balcony including outdoor seating. Keys available from key box. Code will be sent out on the day of check in. Check in between 1.00-4.30pm Check out before 10am Guests can contact me on here. I aim to get back to all guests within 2 hours. Important things to note • We provide duvets, pillow and tea towels but guests must provide their own bedding and bath towels, the master bedroom is a king size bed. • We have provided tea and coffee making facilities including milk. • We have provided cleaning products & bin bags under the sink, we would encourage you to keep the property in a clean manor, which our team greatly appreciates. • We ask that guest leave their footwear at the door to avoid sand, mud and grass being trampled into the light grey carpets. • We ask that dogs are respectful and don’t jump all over the soft furnishings, however dog blankets have been provided. • This property is strictly NO smoking or vaping. • There is no Wifi set up at the property • Beachfront Gate is locked from around 8pm, for security of the site (Website hidden by Airbnb) This is a family site, so parties or same sex groups are not permitted.
