Private room with key, in luxury home close to all

Super pretty room, pinks galore and Victorian themed ruffle sheets! Really unique little space :) We have WiFi and a shared tv in the living room hooked up to my fire stick, feel free to use at any time. There’s also an hdmi cable if you want to hook your laptop to the big screen. Your private room has a twin mattress and locks with a key for your convenience. The rest of the home is shared with other guests, as well as myself on occasion. There is a closet in your room with hangers for your clothes, as well as a cabinet for additional storage. A large window lets in ample sunlight but had blinds for your privacy when needed. You have access to your room and all the shared living spaces (two bathrooms, kitchen, living room, entryway coat closet). I give my guests their privacy but I am next door if anything is needed, simply message me and I will respond asap! Close to all! When driving we are only 25 minutes to the city (downtown), 20 minutes to Astoria and Williamsburg). We are also close to Flushing and Jamaica Hospitals, LIJ and numerous emergency clinics for those doing their internships / clinical rotations! We are walking distance from three supermarkets, a deli (around the corner), CVS, restaurants, a salon, and much more! If you choose to order in, there are many options as well, the living room has a guest book with take out menus, feel free to make an addition during your stay :) There’s free street parking, no restrictions, just don’t block somebody’s driveway! If you don’t have a car we are located next to the Q27, Q26, and Q31 buses (the Q27 takes your to Flushing Main Street / the 7 train in about 15 minutes). We are also a ten minute walk from the Aurburndale LIRR station, this brings you into the city in 22 minutes (check schedules online for Aurburndale—->Penn Station). Some of my things are in the closet, please be mindful. If you would like a cleaning mid way though your stay, I can arrange for a cleaning lady to come out for 65$ (this includes cleaning your room and changing the bed linens / towels) Pet fee is 35$ a week, 10$ extra for each additional pet, they must be house trained & well behaved.
