It is quiet relaxing clean spacious comfortable and private Guest access to living room, kitchen, downstairs cloakroom, rear garden and sheltered decking patio with chairs We are very friendly and respectful people. Our house is situated in a nice and quiet cul de sac. The neighbours are friendly and kind. Our house is 1 min drive to A43 and A45. 5/7 min drive to Brackmills, Round Spinney, Moulton Park Industrial Estates. It is also 30 mins to Silverstone Grand Prix park&ride. Our house also is about 10 min drive to M1, Wellingborough and town centre and 20 min walk distance or 2 min drive to two shopping centres (Riverside and Weston Fawell) and 5 min walk distance to Billing Aquadrome. Our house also has 2 leisure centres nearby (Virgin and Trilogy 2 min drive). Northampton has good rail link to London and Birmingham. There are bus stops at the back of our house. Also taxi services in the area are very prompt. £10 weekly cleaning fees. Minimum staying 2 nights.
