Orchard View Gite

Homely little gite attached to the side of our home - a totally separate self contained area with own 2 entrance points comprising a small living area (with settee, chair & dvd player), a utility room (with microwave/sink/washing machine/kettle & cafetiere/dishes & cutlery) and a bathroom at ground level and an upstairs bedroom. Bed linen, towels and essential toiletries are provided (Please note there is no cooker or fridge but I can provide a small grill for cooking fish and meat & Ice Box) The building has its origins back in the 1600s and has been tastefully renovated for the purpose of creating a small gite. It retains many period features, including some of the original stone walls which make it a nice cool escape during long hot summer periods. Guests have access to the areas shown in the photographs (gite/patio/field overlooking the patio). You can be sure of a warm welcome. However we like to give our guests total privacy to enjoy their stay. We are of course available to try and help guests with any information or advice they may require. Because of the rural setting, we would recommend that guests have their own transport for getting around. On site parking is available but because of the gate giving access to the property, we would recommend a vehicle no larger tha (Website hidden by Airbnb) size Our countryside location is situated at the northern point of the Pays de La Loire region which makes for an excellent base for those wanting to explore nearby Normandy & Brittany.
