This home is a rare gem. Explore Northern Arizona. Only 2.5 hours from the Grand Canyon. 15 minutes to Sedona and Jerome. 1.5 hours from Phoenix but 15 degrees cooler. Great office for working with 1.5MB internet. Netflix with sound bars in two rooms. Wonderful for family's or small groups the house has a 900sq master bedroom. Out back are huge Mulberry trees that shade the home all afternoon. Next door is a community duck pond. The home provides a unique energy and has upscale décor. Spacious and clutter free spaces. You feel "good" in this space. The back yard most the year is so lush and inviting. Large parking space of the side of the home for off-road vehicles or motorcycles. You can use everywhere but the Garage. I'm available to help at all times via text. I have a team of people to help on property. Next door to a beautiful duck pond. Wal-Mart and Starbucks are less than 5 minute drive. Very safe, quite location. Distant views of Sedona. CAT's bus stop 3 houses away. Shuttle from Cottonwood will pick and drop off at the house from Phoenix Sky Harbor or Flagstaff Airport There are two cats that keep the critters away. "Kitty Boy" is the bigger brother and lighter in color. "Skippy John" is the hunter and is smaller with more noticeable markings. Brushes are in a drawer near the back door if you want to brush them. They are friendly. If you do not like cats be warned "they are friendly" but not to be let in. Lots of guests ask about allergies. They are not inside but are outside. Parking for 4 in the drive way with side yard that if opened can park off road vehicles. The front door has a pin code to enter. Your code will be the last 4 phone numbers of the primary account holder who booked. To keep the door unlocked turn the lock, on the inside of the door, to the vertical position- horizontal position requires code. 2 switches on the bottom of the thermostat. RIGHT bottom switch - KEEP in (AUTO) to hold a temperature RIGHT bottom fan switch if on (FAN) blows air and never stops. Will keep blowing cold air until it freezes up so please keep on AUTO. LEFT- Bottom switch if (OFF) (COOL) or (HEAT) Use the touch pads UP or DOWN button to raise or lower the desired temperature. No cooler than 75 in the heat of summer please. Coffee maker: Make sure you fill with water and put a filter and grounds in before you turn it on. The water here is drinkable from the tap but I have filtered water from 5 gallon jugs I fill up. Ice trays are in the freezer, make some for your party. There is no access to the garage during your stay. Please pick and eat vegetables in the garden. If you like cats there are two that live on the property in the garage. They are friendly and love to be petted and brushed. You can also feed them wet can cat food in the AM and PM if you wish. 1 Can split in 2 and mushed around so they don't fight over it if you want to. "Kitty Boy" is bigger and cream color. His brother "Skippy John" is more orange, smaller and has more noticeable markings. The home has some spices. Please leave for others. To avoid being wasteful please leave food items as the cleaning staff or future guests will enjoy. If you use the gas grill you have to connect the hose to the tank and turn the valve on the tank. Please make sure you turn the valve off when your done. If you break something while your visiting please don't worry to much about small accidents but let the host know so we can replace it for the next guest. Leave the beds a mess and don't bother with the trash we will take it out. We ask that you wash off pots, pans and dishes and lock both doors before you go. Turn off the AC, turn off the lights in the home, and check for wall chargers, jewelry and toiletries as those are the things guests leave often.
