Guests have sole use of the entire 2 bed roomed cottage. Parking space directly outside cottage for their use only. Courtyard cottage is set back 100ft. (APPROX. 31 metres) from the road . Front door opens to sunny loggia and leads to private patio with table and chairs. They also have access to shared garden and grounds of approx. 1 acre. Courtyard Cottage has parking for at least 2 cars and is adjoining our Country house known as Lyminster Court in 2 acres of gardens and grounds in a small village . Saint Mary Magdalene church is lovely, friendly and welcoming. Trains from Arundel to Victoria (1.hr. 20 mins straight through) and Littlehampton are just under 2 miles. The bus stops are within a very short walk, taking passengers to Littlehampton, Arundel, and surrounding area. The beach at Clymping, Littlehampton and the Wetlands and/Wildfowl Trust at Arundel are a short drive. The motor and horse racing events at Goodwood are always popular and accommodation is usually taken up as soon as the dates are released. Portsmouth is approx. 30 miles,Brighton approx. 20 miles and Worthing 10 miles. Singleton open-air museum and West Dean gardens (nr. Chichester) are well worth a visit. Trains from Arundel and Littlehampton stations, approx. one and half miles to both. Regular Bus service to Arundel, Worthing, Chichester, Littlehampon and beyond; bus stop very near cottage. There is parking at both stations. We have nearly 2 acres of grounds and guests are welcome to use the grass area. Guests have total privacy, but someone is usually around should they need help. A 'phone call, text or message is all that is needed.
