No service charges! If bathroom shared will be cleaned every day I have the perfect place for you if you’re a medical student looking for long or short stays that are safe with extra perks . My home is quiet and peaceful after a hard day at school or work with all the privacy you want... I’ve lived and worked in Manhattan for twenty two years. I want to take a bnb a step further. I will make your stay a comfortable and convenient , private or join us we love company. We have a lovely front porch, a back yard patio with garden , table n chairs , lounge chairs, outdoor couch to relax in. Updated bathroom, modern and spotless. Big bedroom with a king size new foam mattress for two ppl or a room w a full size new memory foam Mattress for one , hardwood floors with throw rugs , air condition, fire stick, heat, air conditioning , internet , wifi, and quiet Soap , shower cap, hairdryer, white sheets and towels. If you are staying long term I do change sheets towels and will do your laundry and fold it. Please no using washer by guests. Washer is on second floor and in the bathroom Day after each guest is vacant , to not only air out but sanitize every thing. The Bathroom cleaned everyday if shared. Most of the time it’s not. please ask when you book. If not shared I don’t clean it. Bedrooms located on the second floor. I take being a Superhost seriously and pride myself in making people happy, want to return and make some really nice people. Free parking on premise check in and check out is very flexible Kitchen is for your use . A shelf and draw in refrigerator for your food. Your welcome to anything I bake. I always wanted a Zen, quiet safe and relaxing oasis and would love to share it. I’ve lived in Manhattan for twenty two years and decided not to retire , my husband retired NYPD enjoy ppl. There are lots of walking trails, biking , and a short walk into town. And twenty minutes away from NYC! Easier to get to Manhattan then Brooklyn with a country quiet setting. We welcome grandparents, sole travelers , business ppl, or just vacationers with a full agenda for broadway shows and everything NYC has to offer. My guests always come back. They become family. Guests have big porch in front to sit and a back yard that's lit up. We want to make your stay very relaxed and easy. 26 min train ride to NYC and so much. Please NO live ins 24/7 we need time to clean, I can’t have guests living with me. No smoking. No problem with interaction with anyone we love it! Or if you want privacy you got it! My husband is retired NYPD and I love people . I want to make my guest happy. I'm more than a bnb. I give you my home that is calming with great art work and antiques. We sleep downstairs in our private area . basically you can walk around the downstairs areas the kitchen, living and dining room and bathroom are charming. I am a business woman and know how to run a business. I am here to make your stay an easy one and to have you back again. I bring BNB to a new level! If you'd like to cook your own meals we are equip with everything plus ! If you don't and I cook your welcome to eat anything left on the stove. We work around each other’s meals if you choose. There are many restaurants as well. Absolutely No meals In bedroom ! there is a dining area and in good weather outside dining, refrigerator space as well. Our kitchen has a Kruiig coffee machine that is very easy to use as well as milk in refrigerator. Supermarket is a block away. But I always making some goodies and treats Typical quiet neighborhood with children riding bikes., elderly taking walks , dogs, we all know our neighbors A Very safe place. We are close to buses to all colleges such as Concordia College, Pace, Iona , College of New Rochelle etc. train station a half mile walk or buses a two blocks. Crestwood train station goes directly into Grand Central Station. A twenty-five ride. Bed and room cleaned with vinegar after each booking. Closet space w baskets for personal items. I do not go into a room unless the door is open. Then I'll clean. I am honest and trust people in our home and that said our house is safe and protected we pride ourselves on cleanliness and honesty . If it's late or you're tired and need a ride text us a station away and we can pick you up. If you are a long term guest and need your clothes done I wash clothes washed and the sheets once a week. I do the clothes due to to many over flows guests are not to do laundry , if you you need any extras done Thank you with a tip! Buses a block away train less than a half mile to The NewHaven line in New Rochelle . Metro north, Harlem river line, Crestwood station 1/2 mile away. The HudsonRiver line , Yonkers 5 miles. It’s quicker to get to nyc from Eastchester than Brooklyn, Long Island of Jersey. The price listed is for one guest , there is a 40$ per night charge for the second guest. My husband and I are retired . Walk 1/2 mile to train station 22 min to New York City. Jump on the thruway and you're fifteen minutes from CT to your north Everything you want is a block away such as pharmacy, grocery , Lord and Taylor's ,Police station, hair dressers, nail salons, many restaurants all within the town of Eastchester one of the oldest towns in NY and is centrally located . Within a half hour to NYC , CT , NJ , LI ten minutes to Long Island Sound and Hudson River. Parking available no cost. Quiet sound machine for a better nights sleep. Please No food, heavy perfumes, oils that could penetrate the pillows or stain the floors or the sheets. Thank you....
