DEMI'S HOYSE is a terraced house 70m,with big balconies where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Ionian Sea,the islands of Paxoi and the island of Lefkada.You can also enjoy,the variety of colours and smells of the flowers which are all over the place.Best of all the beautiful and unique sunset. Το σπιτι ειναι μια ομορφη ηλιολουστη διορωφη κατοικια,ιδανικη για οικογενεια,αλλα και για μεγαλη παρεα-ομαδα.Ανηκει σε συγκροτημα μεζονετων,πολυ κοντα στη θαλασσα.Στον πρωτο οροφο υπαρχει το καθιστικο και η κουζινα,η οποια διαθετει ψυγειο,ηλ.κουζινα,πλυντηριο πιατων,τοστιερα.καφετερια,κ.τ.λ.υπαρχει επισης τοW.C.,καθως επισης και ενα μεγαλο μπαλκονι με μοναδικη θεα στο Ιονιο.Στο δευτερο οροφο υπαρχουν τα δυο υπνοδωματια ,το μπανιο ,καθως και δυο μεγαλα μπαλκονια στα οποια μπορει κανεις να απολαυσει το ηλιοβασιλεμα. The beach is only 100m away,so you can go on foot and enjoy it.Visitors have the possibility to do sea sports ,extreme sports(eg.hang-gliding).During automn ,the sea is ideal for those you love surfing.The beach ,which is aboyt 3km long is ideal for walking ,running or cycling.Along the beach there are many cafes ,bars ,restaurants and taverns.Also there are lots of mini-markets ,within walking distance ,where you can buy what you need for your stay. Preveza city is very near our beach and in a distance of 15km from Preveza there is the airport of Actio where you can easily have access.In the opposite direction ,15-20 minutes away ,you can go to Parga ,a picturesque town which will amaze you.You should also visist the ancient city of Nikopolis ,which is only 10 minutes away ,to get in touch with the ancient Greek civilisation.For those who love nature and activities ,we suggest that you visit Acheronta river ,to climb towards its springs ,go rafting along the river ,try fly fox and meet all the beauties of this special place by riding a horse.Enjoy it...
