The bedrooms are on the ground floor with the living room and kitchen on the upper floor. The main bedroom has a king-sized leather bed with bedside cabinets and wardrobe. This room also has the additional benefits of views over the Marina and River Ouse. Bedroom 2 has a double leather bed with bedside cabinets. Bedroom 3 has a double leather bed bedded room with bedside cabinet and wardrobe and chest of draws. This room also has views over the Marina and River Ouse. The bathroom is also on the ground floor with a large rainfall shower, toilet and hand basin. The lounge, dining and kitchen are located on the upper floor. The lounge has the additional benefit of overlooking the Marina and the River Ouse. With patio doors leading out to a large balcony with rattan furniture, making full advantage of the views. Why not relax and unwind with a glass of wine or feeding the ducks or fish and enjoying the sunshine. The lounge has a large corner sofa with oak and glass table and chairs. We ask all our guests to be respectful of this at all times The main bus stop if just a few minutes walk away on the Market Square where the X5 goes to Cambridge and Oxford. Further, parking can be found at the Riverside where parking is for 24 hours and short-stay parking at The Market Square. There is allocated parking for one car in the allocated parking area.
