Vine Cottage is located just outside Chipping Campden in the picturesque village of Paxford. It sleeps up to 8 people with 4 Bedrooms and two Bathrooms. There is off-road parking for up to four vehicles. The cottage also comes with a large, enclosed garden, laid to lawn and gravel, a fabulous space for outdoor dining, playing garden games or just relaxing in the sunshine. Located in the picturesque north Cotswold village of Paxford, the property is surrounded by stunning countryside and an abundance of footpaths making it easy to enjoy countryside walks. Paxford is just a five minute drive from the market town of Chipping Campden, where you will find many independent shops, pubs and restaurants. There are also pubs in surrounding villages of Ebrington, Blockley, Stretton On Fosse, Ilmington, Shipston On Stour, Broadway and Moreton In Marsh. Downstairs Kitchen and Utility Room - A modern Kitchen with Belfast sink, Aga, convector hob and built-in cooker. The Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a table and four chairs and doors that open into the garden. The Utility Room has a tiled floor and space for coats and shoes, as well as storage cupboards, washing machine and tumble dryer. Living Room - A beautiful, bright room with doors to the utility room, reading room, front door, w/c and stairs to bedrooms. Open fire. There is an Alexa sound system from which you can also control the lighting throughout the cottage. Reading room - Lovely, relaxing space with two armchairs and a bookcase. Front door. W/C. Stairs to first floor bedrooms. Dining room - A large dining room with oak flooring and a dining table and 8 chairs. Two sideboards with lamps and a large Smart TV. Doors to the kitchen, living room and doors to the garden. Upstairs Bedroom 1 –Master bedroom with kingsize bed can be split to make two 2’6” singles. Side tables, 50” TV and exposed beams. Double wardrobe. Alexa sound system. En-suite shower room with toilet & sink. Bedroom 2 – Kingsize bed which can be split to make two 2’6” single beds. 2 x bedside tables, chest of drawers and a double wardrobe. 32” Smart TV, Alexa sound system. Bathroom – Lovely tiled bathroom with beautiful beams. Separate shower and bath, sink with vanity unit, sensor mirror, towel radiator and WC. Stairs to: Bedroom 3 – A twin room with 2 x 2’6” single beds. A 32” Smart TV and Alexa sound system and lovely views down the lane opposite. Bedroom 4 – A kingsize which can be split to make two 2’6” singles. A 32” Smart TV and Alexa sound system. Outside A large, enclosed garden, laid to lawn and gravel, a fabulous space for outdoor dining, playing garden games or just relaxing in the sunshine. Parking Access to the cottage is through a traditional five bar gate where you’ll find plenty of parking space for 2 cars plus parking for 2 cars outside the main gate. The garden is laid to lawn and gravel and has an outside table and chairs. The cottage has a lovely vibe, the rooms are bright with cheerful artwork. Guest have the whole property to themselves! We are available for telephone support and for emergencies if required. Paxford is a popular village with walks to Chipping Campden, Blockley,Paxford, Ebrington and Stretton On Fosse There is no public transport in the village.
