Access to an extensive network of footpaths and bridlepaths through farmland and quiet country lanes. A beautifully converted farm workshop with covered car parking. A light and airy living space to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. French doors open out into an enclosed south westerly facing garden. Garden gate opens out directly onto farm tracks which lead to footpaths across the open countryside. Perfect for walkers and cyclists. Guests have sole occupancy of The Old Workshop and With designated car parking. Guests share the driveway with the farm. I will be ready to welcome you on your arrival, living in the adjacent farmhouse I am always around should my guests need me. Lots of walking and cycling on quiet lanes, footpaths and bridlepaths through beautiful countryside. Local attractions include Thelnetham Windmill, Knettishall Heath, Go Ape at Thetford Forest, Wyken Hall, Banham Zoo, Bressingham Steam Museum and Gardens. Situated just 20 minutes drive from the historic town of Bury St Edmunds, 15 minutes from Diss and the city of Norwich is an hours drive away. The North Norfolk coast is 1 hour and 15 mins drive and the Suffolk coast 1 hours drive away. Maps of walking routes will be readily available. The old workshop is located on a working farm. We have one friendly Lurcher dog “Bean” who would be delighted to meet you.
