Comfortable modern house with big garden and balconies, close to the sea, with great view to the Mount Pelion and to the sea. The property is situated 10 km away from Volos, 35 km from the airport of Nea Anchialos, 330 km from Athens and 220 km from Thessaloniki. Ideally located, a unique villa in a quiet residential area, with a big private garden, with a view to the sea and to the mountain. With the nearest organized beach just 5 minutes away with the car and accessibility to shops and amenities (200 m from super market, pharmacy and restaurants), this villa is excellent for family holiday or holidays with friends! It is modern decorated with very expensive materials, fully furnished and equipped. Ground floor has a big living room, dinner, kitchen and one bathroom and on the first floor there are three bedrooms, private office-small living room and bathroom. Each room opens on big balconies where you can enjoy your meals, relax and enjoy the view. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, cutlery, dishes and pans, kettle, espresso coffee and filter coffee machine, toaster. Numerous of big closets will make your stay more comfortable. Bed linen, towels, bath amenities and all electric devices are provided such as TV, hair dryer, iron with ironing board. There is boiler which provides 24 hours hot water. The heating is autonomous and there is also one fireplace. The villa is fully air conditioned. Wi-Fi internet is also provided. There is also a private car parking inside the building and exterior car parking inside the property. The garden is pretty with a lot of mature trees including fruit trees and you can eat at the wooden table in the garden, under the olive trees. Guests will be able to access all of the space except for one room that we are keeping for storage. For everything you might need, I am 24 hours a day on call. The keys will be delivered upon arrival and I will personally explain you everything you need to know for the house.
