Seaside villa with pool (DAR BHAR DAROUFA)
Ideally located at the edge of one of the most beautiful beaches of Tunisia, between Maamoura and Tazarka, in the region of Nabeul. The proposed villa in whole housing has a direct access to the sea (200m crossing the lagoon) and is equipped with an infinity swimming pool. The villa consists of a large living room with bay window overlooking the sea and with a nice fireplace to use in winter, an open kitchen on the living room fully equipped, 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The villa is typical of the region and has direct access to the sea located 200m without obstacle by crossing the lagoon (protected wetland listed). The house is in stone with single or cross vaulted bedrooms, oriental hammam-style bathroom with Roman bath-style bathtub, living room with fireplace, natural stones from the region as decoration on the bars and beams. As the area is protected, depending on the time of year, it is not uncommon to observe friendly neighbors (flamingos, different species of migratory birds, wild ducks, hares, etc.). The house is ecological and respects nature (the visitor's guide communicated to guests will give you more details). Fishing is allowed on the beach, the location is ideal, known by a sea full of fish, making it a fishing spot for those in the know (Daroufa beach). The 130m² villa is located on a plot of one thousand six hundred m², consists of a large living room with bay window overlooking the sea and with a nice fireplace to use in winter, an American kitchen open to the fully equipped living room, 3 bedrooms (2 large double beds and two bunk beds, orthopedic mattresses) and a bathroom. The villa contains a separate and equipped studio (double bed + SDE with WC and shower + kitchenette), i.e. two additional independent beds. It is not rented out on its own for the exclusive use of the property to villa guests. Can be made available for more privacy on request (rent extra). The exterior is arranged in several areas: 1) Pool area with its terrace: 4 x 9m infinity pool with a paddling pool (40cm deep) for the happiness of the little ones. The swimming pool is treated with natural salt in electrolysis (to avoid allergy to chlorine). The terrace includes an outdoor umbrella, chairs and table, and two deckchairs. 2) Barbecue area, outdoor kitchen and bar adjoining an outdoor bathroom with WC and shower. 3) Large landscaped gardens: Lawn, jasmine, bougainvillea, rose bushes, ficus, olive trees, lemon trees, palm trees etc. (the renovation being recent, the trees are young to provide enough amber). An organic vegetable garden is installed at the back of the house providing seasonal fruits and vegetables for free picking. 4) A roof terrace offering an exceptional panoramic view of the sea 5) Indoor parking for 3 cars.
