Anita's Guesthouse - Standard Double, shared (5)

Rooms are 11 square metres with garden view. Continental breakfast included. Entire unit located on ground floor. Aníta's guesthouse ground floor of our home that we rent out. I am offering four private rooms all with double beds , desk, chair, closet, and a window( two with small window). Guests staying with me have access to bathroom (with shower and bath). Guest have access to kitchen (all appliances available) and living room. Other amenities include wireless Internet access, TV and washing-machine use if needed. The guesthouse is the perfect place to stay on your first or last night in Iceland. Fresh towels and linen are provided. No Smoking is allowed in the house, but you can smoke on the terrace. Breakfast/meal can be arranged if wanted for reasonable prices (requires 24 hours notice). Also we can pick up from the airport or the blue lagoon for a nominal fee but we needs to have 24 notice. Grindavík wich is the beautiful town in the lava, 20 min. from the international airport, 5 min. from the famous Blue Lagoon, and 40 min from downtown Reykjavík.
