Homey place with all within reach, situated next to the Sareza hockey stadium, less than 10 mins away from the train station, 20 mins away from the Ostrava center. A great restaurant and a shop right next to the house. You name it, it is right here.. I suppose it is the location that makes my apartment very special; it is near the D1 highway, near the train station Ostrava-Svinov (from which there is a direct train to the Ostrava Mosnov airport, btw) and it is not far from the centre of Ostrava as well, yet, it is situated in a quiet historical area of Ostrava. Well, the 45 m2 (485 sq ft) are here for you to explore as much as you like, you can also use the communal area and just in case you would like to survey the basement for whatever reason, you are more than welcome. If I am not abroad myself I am here to help you. When I am not around Lenka and/or Bára will help you out :-) In case you would like me to do some shopping for you, just let me know. My apartment is situated in the historical part of Ostrava called Ostrava Poruba. You can attend one of the regular guided tours which take place here in case you would like learn more about the area. Parking for free right next to the house, buses and trams out of earshot yet 5 min walk away. Really cool tea-room near by, a number of great restaurants and cafés, parks, swimming pool, sauna world, fitness center and a brand new sport center- SC Fajne with badminton and squash courts. In case you are looking for anything in particular, feel free to ask :-) Pets are very welcome at most occasions, however, inform me about them prior to your arrival please. If you fail to do so, you may be charged up to 500CZ per night extra per pet. In extreme cases; should you fail to inform me about bringing more than one pet I reserve the right to ask you to cancel your reservation. I, as a mother, consider my apartment to be safe for children. Please never leave your children unattended in my place and do keep an eye on them while in. Please understand I am not obligated to alter our arranged reservation as for your length of stay and/or the number of guests. The living room area and the bedroom area are separated by a partition, it is in fact one very spacious room please see my pictures.
