Our space is Freshly modernised & bright. All amenities you could need in walking distance including a Gym,3 pubs, Corner shops, Superstores Asda & Sainsbury's, a McDonald's & KFC to name a few. It’ll take 15 minutes in a taxi or 20 min on a bus into Birmingham city centre. We look forward to welcoming you :) The Apartment consists of a fully modernised bathroom, with a bath,shower & enough bathroom cabinets to store your essentials for your stay. It hosts a spacious open plan living room & Kitchen. In the lounge you can snuggle up and watch a movie on the sofa bed or watch the Big Game on our 50’ TV equipt with chrome cast!There is a bedroom with a Kingsize Bed, fully built in wardrobe for all your belongings, blackout blinds (which are a must for me) & a large south facing window. It has a communal garden at the rear which can be accessed by a large Gate at the Garage entry. You can request the access code during your stay. We also have super fast broadband perfect for your devices or even working from home. Look for Ascot Walk do NOT go to Ascot Close. There is a picture of Ascot Walk in our Gallery. Acess to the apartment is easy & there is free parking right outside. The apartment is self check-in and details will be given the day prior to check in Guests can reach us anytime of the day via Air Bnb App, (Hidden by Airbnb) ,phone call, email or through the ring Doorbell fitted to front entrance if you’re having trouble checking in. With a number of attractions on the doorstep including a Lifestyle Cente a 5 minute walk away which includes a state of the art Gym, which hosts a number of classes, indoor tennis courts, Spin Studio, sensory garden & Hyrdotherapy pool. If you want to Brush up on you’re Brummy History at the Black Coutnry Museum or seeing all creatures great & small at Dudley Zoological Zoo & Castle or The Safari Park, Get your bounce on at Flip Out Trampoline Park, or indulge in the finest of chocolate at Cadbury’s World it’s all within 20 minutes away. For the less exciting of the attractions we’re close to lots of super stores such as Sainsbury’s, Aldi, Tesco to name a few. There’s also two pubs in walking distance both do a great Sunday Carvery. If you wanted to venture into Birmingham the apartment is about 20 mins from the City Centre where you have the Think Tank, Sealife Centre, The Bullring shopping centre, hundreds of bars & restaurants the famous Mailbox which has fantastic views & host a Harvey Nics for those craving some finery, for those who are looking more chic & cheap approach you can visit the worlds largest Primark! I Would highly recommend following @Birminghamindependant on (Hidden by Airbnb) for some really unique experiences, things to see and bars & restaurants. There are plenty of ways to get around, there is a bus stop less then 2 mins walk to take you straight into the city centre in 20 mins. The M5 Jct 2 is less then a 2 min drive and a taxi into the city should cost no more then £15 and take around 15 mins As this is a first floor flat we ask for all guests to be considerate to the neighbours especially the old lady in the flat beneath.
